This study explores the practice of employee management at Universitas PGRI Semarang. The discusses practices lecturers and employees based on indicators recruitment, training, performance appraisal, career planning, job definition, participation, compensation. authors have used qualitative research methods, data were obtained through observation, documentation, in-depth interviews with leaders, lecturers, Researchers found evidence that compensation been implemented quite well. novelty this is strategy carried out by Semarang in managing effectively efficiently to achieve vision, mission, goals university.
